ECS inc provides an online platform for vehicle auction information, logistics coordination, and dealership services. We act as an independent entity and are not affiliated with, owned by, or endorsed by IAAI, Copart, Inc., or their subsidiaries. All vehicles are sold by affiliated dealers.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Auction and Sales
All vehicle sales are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the selling dealer. ECS inc does not guarantee the condition, history, or title status of any vehicle listed on the platform. Users are encouraged to perform independent inspections.
5. Logistics and Shipping
Logistics services are provided through third-party carriers. While we coordinate shipping, we are not liable for damages, delays, or losses incurred during transit. Insurance options are available and recommended.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ECS ONE INC, LLC and is protected by international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
ECS inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to vehicle purchase disputes or shipping issues.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
